The KLOBER FLAVENT UPVC SOIL VENT PIPE - STANDARD FLANGE - 70MM is constructed by Klober, whose mechanical extract and soil vent terminals will allow the maximum and optimum airflow for both motor and static ventilation. This is due to its unique design which allows for this optimum ventilation.
The individual flange connections make this fast to install. The KLOBER FLAVENT UPVC SOIL VENT PIPE - STANDARD FLANGE - 70MM is secure, and offers a watertight connection to any and all roof types.
It has a fire rating B2, so as long as there is no direct flame contact, it is resistant to temperatures between - 40 degrees Celsius and + 80 degrees Celsius, making it perfect for any home or commercial building. Flow temperatures are possible at up to 40 degrees Celsius as well.
